Sheri McCann, President and Chief Executive Officer
Sheri McCann began her career at NuPath Inc. in 1980. During her tenure the organization has grown from a small program serving 35 people to a major service provider serving over 300 people a day with more than 300 employees.
Sheri is a leading advocate for people with disabilities. She is the Chair elect for the Providers Council, a statewide organization and trade association for providers of human services. She was president of the Massachusetts Association of Community Rehabilitation Organizations, and is currently on the board of directors of the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers and the Association of Developmental Disability Providers. Sheri is a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation (CARF) and travels throughout North America reviewing programs for people with disabilities. She has been the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from MACRO, the Richard Bond Award from MCHSP and the Distinguished Citizens award from the ARC of Massachusetts. She is a Rotarian and often participates in numerous local programs and event.
Daniel Harrison, Vice President of Operations
Dan Harrison has worked with men and women with developmental disabilities for over 20 years. Hired as NuPath’s Vice President of Operations in 2006, Dan’s creative and innovative approach has nurtured tremendous organizational growth while maintaining program stability, a solid commitment to excellence and ongoing stakeholder satisfaction. His expertise includes operational and clinical oversight of all program services, grant writing and development, staff/management training and organizational development.
William Yetz, Vice President of Finance
Bill Yetz has been NuPath Inc.’s Vice President of Finance since 2004. He’s worked in the non profit financial field for over 30 years. Bill has managed NuPath’s growth from a $4 million organization to $13 million organization. He’s managed banking relations and established an Investment portfolio and 403B Retirement Plan. Bill also serves as the head of the NuPath’s Technology Department and is the agency’s HIPAA Compliance Officer.
Edward Horn – Vice President of Quality and Training
Ted Horn has been with NuPath Inc. since 1997. He oversees all professional development initiatives and employee training. Ted has oversight responsibilities for compliance and funding regulations and overall quality and system management. Throughout his career, he has managed a number of programs including residential, employment and day habilitation programs. Prior to his current position, he served as NuPath’s Director of Day Habilitation Services and Director of Development.
Laure Porter, Vice President of Human Resources
Laure Porter began her employment at NuPath Inc. as Vice President of Human Resources in 2007. Prior to coming to NuPath, she worked for the Department of Developmental Services in various supervisory and clinical roles for more than 30 years. Laure brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to NuPath and has completed many certifications.
