The following benefits are available to full time staff. Regular part time employees, 20 hours or less, receive pro rated time off benefits. Relief staff and Transportation staff do not receive Time Off benefits or Insurance benefits.
AFFORDABLE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE
EMPLOYER PAID LIFE INSURANCE AND LONG TERM DISABILITY
VACATION: 15 days vacation after one full year of employment. After 4 years of continuous employment, 4 weeks are available and after five years, five weeks are available.
GENEROUS SICK DAY POLICY- one day per month, not to exceed accumulation of 90 days.
HOLIDAYS – 12 paid holidays, 3 Personal Days
DEPENDENT CARE AND/OR MEDICAL FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS – use of ‘pre tax dollars’ for child care, elder care or covered medical expenses. Employees can elect to have money deducted from each pay period. This amount is not taxable and will be reimbursed on a monthly basis upon submission of proper receipts.
SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE – option for supplemental medical insurance benefits, including short term disability.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: after 12 months of employment, employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement.
TUITION REMISSION: offered through various higher educational institutions as well as certificate programs.
METROPOLITAN CREDIT UNION: Checking, Holiday Club, Vacation clubs, etc. offered to employees and family members
DIRECT DEPOSIT
RETIREMENT PLAN: All employees are eligible to participate in our 403B Plan, a deferred tax plan. Employees employed for either 12 months or 1,000 hours are eligible for an agency percentage match that will be determined by an annual vote by the Board of Directors.
EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT BONUS – direct support providers can earn up to $1,000 bonus money for the referral and successful employment of employees they have referred to NuPath.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPPORT STAFF
Part time and full time positions available for Residential Support Staff, various shifts, needed in various towns.
*Experience in Autism, or behavioral experience is a plus
These entry level residential professional positions have direct support responsibilities and include working weekend hours. At least one year of direct support experience is required, as is a valid driver’s license. Degree candidates preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGERS
Program Managers at NuPath participate in a Management Development Group and contribute to Monthly Business Meetings within the agency. PMs provide direct support shifts and represent NuPath as the front line expert and resource for NuPath. These challenging, yet rewardig positions offer personal development and lots of growth opportuntiities.
VOCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Vocational Placement Positions currently available based out of our Woburn site. Opportunity exists for experienced staff who have developed and provided supports for individuals with Developemtnal Disabilitities into community work settings. Professional presentation and vocational experience required. Supervisory experience a plus.
