Many of us are experiencing new or added stress and anxiety as we live through the uncertainty and unknowns of this pandemic. We also have our own ways of coping with this stress and anxiety. If you are unsure of how to manage your feelings and emotions right now, or if you feel that you are coping with them in unhealthy ways, it’s time to take control of your life again! Tune in to learn healthy coping skills, relaxation and grounding techniques, and other therapeutic methods to help you manage during these difficult times with Kristyn (Master in Rehabilitation Counseling and Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) and Ashlee (Master in Couple and Family Therapy and Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
