An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until July 31, 2020

POWER -UP fitness is 20 – 30 minutes of fun fitness for all  (with weekly challenges). No weights or fitness equipment required and the vast majority of the exercises can be done standing or seated. Go at your own pace or try and keep up with the host (Amy, Robertho & James).
