Morning Meeting helps us to maintain a part of the day program routine while socially distancing. Morning meeting covers the daily essentials such as the calendar and weather and guides opportunities and activities for socializing. We always finish with some light stretching and exercise. Morning meeting wakes up both mind and body and is the perfect way to start the day!
